Miami University, Oxford, Ohio - Assistant Coach, Women's Track & Field
Miami University has a full-time, 12 month position with excellent compensation package
Specific Responsibilities: Pole Vault, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Sprints
Basic Function/Purpose: Assist the head coach in the administration and operation of the Division I women's track & field program consistent with the policies of Miami University, the NCAA, and other appropriate governing bodies (i.e. Mid American Conference). Responsibilities: Identify student-athletes to be considered for recruitment; serve as assistant recruiting coordinator which includes traveling to high school meets, making home visitations, coordinating NCAA Initial/NCAA Clearinghouse rules and working with the Admissions Office, coordinate fall track and field program, serve as liaison with Strength and Conditioning staff, assist with home meet management, other duties as assigned by head coach or Director of Athletics
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution, master's degree preferred, successful coaching experience preferably from a Division program.ÂÂ
