well this is our rookie vaulter, diana. Never pole vaulter b4 college, in fact never had been to a track meet. This is her first ever pole vault crash. No worries she was just fine, after a shakey next practice came back and PRed at 10'8, and nearly NEARLy 11'4. anyway, enjoy the crash

ouch i cant say much cuz ive done that before but let go so it might have been worse ill try and post it if i can

still looks to me like the lefty thought she could take an extra step and jump off her left foot. haha. silly leftys :P

She looked very good at the VaTech Challenge this weekend, considering this is her first year pole vaulting. She will jump very high before it's all said and done.
