We can have it in one of the many cotton fields around Lubbock, while being pushed along with our common 50 mph dirt storms, zigzaging between oil wells, WHILE dodging tumble weeds.

How bout that?

McNeese pole vaulters to give demonstration

McNeese track McNeese State’s pole vaulting team, including its coaches, will give a pole vaulting demonstration Tuesday beginning at 10:30 a.m. in the Quad on the university campus. The event is open to all and will be part of the university’s spring fling. Taking part in the demonstration will be track team coaches Russ Buller and Dana Ellis-Buller and athletes Cameron Nott, Ryan Lancon, Todd Bourgeois, Andre Bertrand, Donnie Dorsey, Devin Rodriguez and Noelle Leger. Buller and his wife Dana are both world class pole vaulters. -30-

Do it in Madison. On State street. haha. it'd be tight, but probably only eventful for the participants.

there goes paul again talking about his hot guy friends. maybe you could coax riley and co. out of retirement. i jumped in 2 street vaults in clovis CA with the NAPVA. they are alot of fun. we tried to do one in columbia SC during our st pattys day festival 3 years ago, we couldnt pull it off though because we needed more time to get the permits. it would have been a good showing...the city blocks off the streets for 8 blocks, & 60,000 people come to 5 pts for st. patricks day
