This is really going to be an amazing national championship. This years collegiate group is just loaded with talent in all directions. Im really excited to see so much progress this early in the seasons( maybe not indoor) it really leaves open alot of possibilities for the outdoor season. i was actually recruited by a bunch of the schools that have vaulters in the top 50 so ive met alot of those guys, they all work so hard and are real class acts. Keep it up lets see a battle over 19 for the championship!!!

It is on the UW website. Not a very good video, but it is there.

It is on the UW website. Not a very good video, but it is there.

It's here: http://www.gohuskies.com/sports/c-track/recaps/011710aaa.html

His lead leg seemed to stray a bit as he tucked (only slightly), but he re-aligned it ... and shot off the top quite well!

On his 18-8.75" attempt, his lead leg didn't stray as much, but it just didn't have as much oomph compared to the 18-6.75" PR. It's hard to PR twice in one day.

What a great start to the year! Last year in this meet, I watched him do 17-1 from a short run ... his back was still hurting. In the interview (on the 18-6.75" vid), he said his back feels nearly 100%.
