Spencer Chang is out there... hes a smart man in the world of PV if you have not heard the name. If you check out neovault.com they have a DVD called Vault 2000, its a technical DVD that he commentaried on... he knows his stuff.

Top mark for them in 2006 was 3.81, which is like 12'6" I believe...

here is a link to there website...

Wow,

I didn't realize that I get irritated at some people like that. I'll try to be nicer. :) :) :)

If I had offended anyone in the past, I apologize and would like to be your friend.

As a volunteer coach, I am no longer allowed to recruit. How's that?

But I'd be happy to talk to you about other things like our weather, the surf forecast, or how beautiful it is to live here.

Patricia Gauthier who had vaulted about 3 m in high school once, didn't vault her freshman year at UH, went 3.96 last year. These results weren't posted because it was done at a meet in Hawaii where we don't have intercollegiate competition very often. There are no other schools with track & field in Hawaii. However, we do get to travel by air more than any other track and field team I know.

I have 2 sophomores now, with pr's of 12'10" and 12'3". They should go higher.

Amy Linnen has moved to Hawaii to train with us.

We have nice weather and a nice tail wind.

Aloha!!!

Amy Linnen

You should look up Sam Weaver next time she's home. She went to Lodi High.
