Chip is a great guy and whatever his reason for leaving he will make a good addition to any team. He still has a lot of potential yet to be tapped into. He is going to OK and Tom Williams may be just what he needs. Not every athlete responds to a coach or school the same way. It is not a direct reflection on the coach school or program it has to do with the person (athlete).
