Great School but bad track program, what do i do?

Unread postby izzystikchik » Mon Dec 13, 2004 10:37 pm

I am in a big big dilema, time to decide where to go for school next year, but i'm finding not what i want. I definately believe i have the potential to vault in college, but some of the college coaches are too quiet when i approach them, or don't really know enough about pole vault in general or they are to vague in giving me a straight answer. I don't want to base my decision solely on the pole vault program, but i want to go some where to excel, to better my skills. I have been mainly targeting Division I schools, and i have been fortunate enough to get some good feed back, but not from my primary picks. I need help, what should i do? I'm not really freaking out entirely because i still have yet to start my senior year, maybe that will help clear the field. Any advice or comments will be appreciated.
thanks

An optimist is one who sees a light in darkness....a pessimist blows it out.
