5.45 PR for Thames today at Baylor. Looks like his injury problems are behind him.

A tailwind at Baylor!?!?! That's nearly impossible. Baylor is known for its great crosswinds. The pit is runs E-W. It was a screaming south wind yesterday...90 miles to the south anyway. They do have a set for N-S, but Clyde Hart has never once allowed a pit to be setup there. Unless he got soft in his old age this year, then maybe.

for the most part, it was a good wind. it stayed over our right shoulder most of the time. every once in a while it would swirl and it you in the face, but I was surprised too. it was a pretty good wind for Baylor

yeah, it was the SW-NE runway. and the wind was straight out of the south so it made it a slight cross-tail. it wasnt a decent day, and thats the best wind ive ever had there.
