Indoor season is approaching fast and I'm about to outjump all of my 14' poles...

You may spend your money as you desire, however you are not "outjumping" your poles. If in fact your P.R. is 13'0" then 14' poles are plenty long, maybe not stiff enough, but plenty long. Try for some 13'6" or 14'0" poles of a heavier weight.
