Hello,

Do any of you have a good weight training schedule for pole vaulting preseason for girls in high school that you won't mind sharing with me? PLEASE?

Thank you!

The best thing you can do is find a pole vaulting club and learn how to pole vault!

As far as strength training goes, you want to do things that will make you faster and able to swing upside down easier. Here are some exercises to work on the latter: http://www.polevaultpower.com/media/vid ... anddrills/

As far as running faster, your best bet would be to work with a track coach who can watch you run and identify what you need to do to get faster.
