Reed Hancock of World Class Sports and Deerfield-Winsor Academy of Albany, GA, highlighted the Purple Hurricane Pole Vault Invitational in Fitzgerald GA, with a big PR of 12-6 (3.81). This is the highest high school girls jump ever recorded in Georgia (...although Kimber Sheally of Kennesaw vaulted 12-8 at an Emory All-Comers meet in May 2006. I know, because I was there!).
