1A-4A State Indoor Championships

Mt. Ida senior, Andrew Irwin, broke the meet record by over 2 feet in the 1A-4A State Indoor Championships today with a final clearance of 17'04.5". His height increments were 15'06" (3rd attempt), 16'01.75" (1st attempt), 17'01.5" (2nd attempt) and 17'04.5" (1st attempt). The old meet record was 15'04". His sister, Stephanie, set the girls meet record of 12'04" in 2004 and it still stands.
