52nd Annual Meet of Champions
Lake Hamilton High School
Pearcy, Arkansas

Sam Ewing, Lake Hamilton Jr., set a new meet record with a vault of 16'07.25" at the Arkansas Meet of Champs last night. All of the state champions in each event plus the next 5 best performers in the state meets get invited for a field of 12.

The old meet record of 16'07" was set my a much less athletic kid with a lot less hair back in 1988.
