i went 13'10" on my first attempt at my regional meet on saturday at Texas Tech.
i am region 1-5A
new Jr. Class Record
and new Overall Stadium Record at Texas Tech.
2 decent attempts at 14'.5"
i was on a 13'6" 170lbs
work, sweat, tears, and pain... all of this for just one gain.
are you tough enough?

niice 18" push. For a 13'10 jump you are right where you should be. That means by the time you are holding 13'7-13'9 you will be going 15' ;).

No clap? You headcase ;).

You get THROWN on that pole, barely enough time to catch up with it. Once you do you will easily go 14'2" or so.

Oh yea i forgot im sorry.... i usually like to assume i will make a bar first attempt, and get the clap on that one too ;). Its ok im just picking on you. Sometimes you dont want that clap to give you too much adrenaline, which can be a bad thing. Good jumping shade, nice to see you bounce back!!
