SMITHSON VALLEY — The Smithson Valley Rangers boys track team has surprised a few folks the past two years with its second-place finishes to Judson at the District 26-5A meet.
The Rangers don’t have that element of surprise anymore, as they are a solid contender going into this year’s event.
