Korean National Records

Hello I have an Athlete, David Lim, who as a 14 year old Freshmen jumped 13'6". I believe he has korean as well as US citizenship and I was wondering if that is a record for his country. This probably depends on what Yoo-Kim jumped when he was that age. If anyone could help me out with some information that would be great!
