I have submitted that for a rule change three consecutive years now... They (the NF track and field rules folks) just won't bite on it yet. Have no idea why. It will be going in again next year.
I'm also not in favor of a three postion standard setting as a rule for all meets. Given the enough people to work
the event, after just a couple minutes of training.. it's a non-issue.
