yea slo mo that, and you can see easily when you get that inversion down it will be 14' almost immediately. Heck, if your thigh wouldnt have hit it you would have had 14' on that jump right there! But you are gettin better obviously. You better come up to arkansas this summer for some clinics or meets!!

i haven't really done the whole summer camp thing, and this summer especially will be super busy, between greatsouthwest, nike, jr nat., arkansas street vault.
all in different states!!!
work, sweat, tears, and pain... all of this for just one gain.

i run from about 72 feet
that is a 12 step run [6 lefts]
work, sweat, tears, and pain... all of this for just one gain.

are you tough enough?
