NIN Boys - Pelletier 16-10.25
Not to spoil the fun, but nikes was a really fun meet this yeah. There were 5 guys over 5.04 and 6 guys jumping at 5.14. Jason Pellitier came up huge today going with a three pr meet like i did at reno, jumping 16 '2.5 on his third, 16'6.5 on his first i believe and then 16'10.5 on his third!!! FOR THE WIN!!!
Second was Riley Egan who was solid all day! He jumped everything on his first, even his 2 prs at 16'2.5 and 16'6.5!!!!
Third was Joe Wesley also at 16'6.5 on his first, but had prior misses.
I jumped 16'6.5 on my second, having my first miss of the competition at this height, putting me in 4th! (All American!!! YAY!)
Fifth was David Slovenski jumping 16'6.5 on his third for a double pr this meet i believe!!
Sixth was Corey Shank who had plenty of height, but was havn't a little problems at 16'6.5 and passed to 16'10.5 for his last attempt and was very very close!!!
Overall meet was great and the meet atmosphere was really going and everyone was making bars. It was a good time!!
Im sure the results will come up soon, but i felt like taking the initiative to let everyone know.

Heck yea this meet was awesome!!! (...i might be a little biased though)
I didn't see this post until just now, because it doesnt show up on the "recent posts" since its a poll lol. Anyway, Dyestat has some awesome vids from the highlights. Here is the video my dad took with all my jumps.
http://www.treemo.com/users/jpelletier/ ... em/317012/
and a great article here:

Outdoor is shaping up to have a good handful of 17' footers just like last year! The guys like you, joe, corey, Riley, Me, David, Kevin Schipper, Mitch Erickson, Jack Whitt and Nico will all be at or testing 17', and that doesn't include guys that weren't on the 17' radar that step it up when it counts.

The greater the challenge, the more glorious the triumph

AR01 wrote:great job to all of you guys. what types and size of poles are scott and jason using?
we are actually both on very similar grips and flexs(once you do the difference in pole types)
gripping from 14'8 to 15' depending on the pole. 15' 185 then 15'6 180 for me.
i think jason said he was on15'3 but weighted at a 190 or 195 for altius. all depends on the flex's. great stuff reguardless!
