it looks like she bent that over 90 degrees and because of that she was able to reach it with her spike and kick it... i think that had she not kicked it i still would have broken because of how loaded the pole was... hehe was sweet to show the world that a girl could blast thru a pole like that tho...

Those spikes look sick man! i just preordered them for myself. I hear they're supposed to be a lot lighter than the old nike zoom TJ/PV. I cant wait.. those things are killin my feet rite now... maybe its cuz i got them a whole size too small

I've been jumping for a few months now.. this spring was my first track season... all i can say is have a freakin great time while you're doing it and don't get down on yourself... this sport takes time to get technique down and you cant expect instant success... learn from other more experienced ju...
