Masters beginner wanting to learn PV for decathlon
Hello everyone, I'm a 37 year old Masters track athlete who has never pole vaulted. Out of a desire to do a couple decathlons next summer, and the requirements of USATF rule 200.8 (basically you can't just take a zero in an event)... I'm looking to try and learn to vault at at least a minimal level....
