o wow really? i'd love to coach vaulters! i'm not the best vaulter myself...but I do know A LOT about it

Are there any places to vault year-round in the New Haven area? When i go to college there will not be pole vaulting on the track team, and I can't live without it!

yea that is what i have been told as well. I fixed my problem the other day though ...at the end of my run i just have to make sure my hands are more up than they were...everything went smooth afterwards hehe

thanks...my problem specifically is that I have my bottom arm collapsing straight at takeoff, causing absolutely no bend......

What exactly should I be doing at the last steps of the plant to fix this?

i keep collapsing my bottom arm at takeoff, and i know that makes a HUGE loss of energy. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this?? I am on a 10'8 100, gripping 9'2.

haha i highly doubt i will be in that area :-(...longest i've traveled by car was 2 hours to pennsylvania....oh well...maybe there are some other neato concerts around where i live..i'll have to do some research
