Im making some pole vault tshirts. Does any one know any cool or funny pole vault sayings?

At trials what did stacey actually clear? I know she tried to break the record but didnt do it or some thing but i was wondering what she avctually did clear.

the person who made me retape mine said it can give you an advantage over the other vaulters bc you have a better grip or something gay like that

Are you not allowed to tape your pole downwards because it makes your grip better? i was told tat and had to totally retape y pole real quick.

question how do you get those lil pictures of whatever by your name when you post or reply to something?

Every time i get on the internet i check this website and browse around! I love this site and the message boards. There arent that many pole vaulters out there so i never really get a chance to talk about it except on here!

Should your pole be 10-20 pounds over your weight? (like say i was 120 shoul i get a pole made for 135 pounders?) some people told me that but then some others said no way so im confused!!

i know workout but like what running, lifting weights, etc. what kind of conditioning?

Ive just started vaulting and i went to a couple little summer camps and stuff and im totally obsessed with vaulting. The thing that sucks is there is no vaulting clubs real close to where i live! what should i do off season like in the fall?
