Ive always used Altius poles... 99% of the poles my school has are Altius.

But to be honest, it doesnt much matter to me what kind it is.

Find a set of rings and do running rings. Also do swing-ups, windsheild wipers, and bubkas. That should help you out a whole lot. Just try and do it for a few minutes every day, and it will really help.

Perhaps we should change the entire board to match the actual pvpower website? Perhaps, but that would require some work.
