I'm about the same age as you, and I had an ACl replacement 3 years ago. I'm not sure if you still jump, or if you just coach, but from a jumping perspective, it took me awhile before I got my legs back. It was my right knee, so I didn't have to worry about the stress of planting, but of course spee...

Looking for 13/150
Will trade a barely used 14 foot 150 for a nice 13/150 or similar. If you have a well used pole, then I may look to purchase it instead. Must be close to Charlotte, NC.
