Decided to stay on 15' poles instead of going to the 15' 7"s.

First long run video

Bungee: 16'8"
Pole: 15' 7" 170
9 left approach.

Just want some feedback on what I should be putting more focus on in the vault.
Going on my third season and current pr is 4.90.

Yeah it makes sense. Its just a matter of spending some practices really drilling a straight trail leg and dropping my shoulders. Just gotta feel that part out.

So this is my second year vaulting and i finally hit the 4.90 mark! Need to clean up technique alot!
Holding about 15' 3" on a 15'7" 185 pole.

Keeping your bottom arm collapsed would lead your hips to get sucked under?! Why would you want that?
What the point of having a free take off if your hips get sucked under :P
