Yeah dude I'll throw that one up here soon. I take off at the same spot but I'm just holding lower.

I know on this jump my step was under. Could that have any effect on my jump at take off?

Yeah it makes sense. Its just a matter of spending some practices really drilling a straight trail leg and dropping my shoulders. Just gotta feel that part out.

Hey guys its my second year of vaulting and i figured i should begin a training journal/log. I got no clue what to write into it?
Any suggestions or things i put in that worked for you?

Keeping your bottom arm collapsed would lead your hips to get sucked under?! Why would you want that?
What the point of having a free take off if your hips get sucked under
