Well, I've been to 2 training sessions at Higher Flyers down in Huntington Beach and I'm loving it. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't sore as hell after the first session but what a blast. Can't wait until I'm bending the pole.

Know any good places to learn to vault?
I've been kicking myself for many years now for not having vaulted in HS and figure I better give it a try before I get old (I'll be 46 years young in Oct).
