I just finished reading what you all have been posting. I'm starting to think that I'm not qualified to coach the Pole Vault. You all know more about the Vault then I ever will know. Anna a freshman Placed forth in the state meet today, Go Anna.....She cleared 8'6,9'0,9'6,10 on her first attempts....New School Record....WOW I told her now is the time to get on the big pole, and she replied which is my big pole....Freshman Anyway she got on her big pole, came up short on her firs...
