Hey Dave, I don't know all the technical aspects of it but I do know what Solly had us do during high school. He was a big fan of kids doing other events but only at the dual meets. He liked to think of the dual meets as an extra practice for us. I ran everything from a 100 to a 4x400. I really hate...

I got this about a year ago. I see its a bit different thatn everyone elses! That makes me happy. Its the best picture I had. I think you can still see it.

I am very sad that I will not be able to return home to attend Soly's memorial. I know that he would want us all to keep vaulting so I must remain at school to do just that. This year will be for Coach Soly and he will forever remain in my heart. I love you Sol, rest in peace.

Stan Solomon was one of the greatest men I knew. He was my coach, my friend, my mentor, and my third grandfather. I will miss the fun times we all had with him and the advice he was always able to give. He was one of the most selfless, giving, humble men I knew. There is no way to ever forget him. H...
