Well... I train with our sprinters/hurdlers/jumpers... and most of the time our workouts are pretty decent (I feel like a few are not beneficial, but most are). Some of the ones I feel help me the most are running hills on the streets behind our campus (which range from 100m to 150m, about 8 hills),...

First day of class today... we had to be back last week to train, for our first meet on the 10th... in Pocatello. No, we didn't get to go to the Summit... they sent our coach and one of the guys. Made me a little mad. And now i'm back to training by myself... the sprint coach doesn't want me now tha...
