Do some hypnosis with a hynotherapist to remove the mental blocks you may have. The power of your mind is really great. Or you can get a light and sound machine and or do some affirmations. Anything to remove your mental blocks. These tips all work!!

Dynamic strecthing is good to start with. Prancing, bunny hops, Russian short hops, ankle flips, leg swings and walking lunges and walking knee hugs are good ones. There are soo many other dynamic strecthes that are good too.
