Well , bro came down from MSU and showed me some workouts and it goes like this Mon- sprints, lift light weight, push-ups and sit-ups Tue- lift heavy weights Wed- heavy warm-up and then vault Thursday- sprints and hard warm-up Fri- weights, light sprints Sat- off Sun- practice for pv for 2 1/2 hours

i think there is a difference between a begininer pole vaulter and a elite pole vaulter.........a begininer sometimes can't get on a pole the size of his or her weight, but if there are pole vaulters that have been vaulting and are over the weight of there poles and they can get on biggers poles the...

RENO!!! My first time at reno i jumped uhhhhh 9'6 :crying: . I think it was because i was nervous......but the next year my junior year i jump 11'6 and won #3 high school group and got like 6th overall or something it was great ;) . danielle dorsey here, i have jumped 12'1" as a junior (16yr.)........and plan to jump like 13' or so this year.........reno is the first big in door meet. So, hope to clear it there. i am a female and now a senior and currently 17yr pld.

I would have to say mellisa pundt and becky holiday.....mellisa trained me one summer at hoods camp....shes cool and becky holiday is a good looking jumper

yes i like to talk alot, but i think indoor is a key to vaulting in college. You get to slack off all summer and then hit a hardcore work out in fall instead of sitting on you but waiting for spring to come along. It keeps you on your toes and always busy.

Indoor season is great,but is everyone ready? or :confused:
