Portable Pole Vault Pits

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as an "easily" portable pole vault pit? I know there is an inflatable high jump pit, but I was wondering if anyone knows something about one for the pole vault.

Re: what pole to use next?can i get on this pole

Also, the max hand hold on UCS poles are about 6-7 inches from the top and the max hand hold on Pacers (and all Gill poles) is only an inch or two from the top. So going from a Pacer to a UCS may only raise your grip about 6 inches.

Re: High School State Records

For the boys, Kahil Uqdah (Gilman) is the highest mark I could find. For the girls, Lauren Graff (Urbana) jumped 12-07.25 at the 2002 Penn Relays. This is the highest mark I've been able to find for a girl. The Public School Records above are the records and top performances for the STATE MEET only....

Re: Nationals questions--opening heights, etc???

Hopefully those that have been there can help answer some questions I have... Do they allow you to store poles there overnight if an athlete makes the final or do they have to take them back to the hotel? How tough is it to drop the pole off if you are driving up there and staying in NJ? Thanks, I'm...

New Gill AGX Crossbar

Has any one seen, or jumped "on" the new Gill AGX Crossbar (http://www.gillathletics.com/GillItemView.aspx?FSID=530)? It claims the lower center of gravity makes the crossbar more stable. Is it worth the extra $15?
