Jeff Ryan won with an opening height jump of 5.20m, then passed to 5.51m and missed. Jeff Coover jumped 16'ish for second. I no-heighted, but so did John Takahashi!

We have moved the Team Thor pole vault Allcomers to Monday June 20th, at UCSD. Start time will be 3:00, and we will be running the men's and women's divisions together.

We have moved the Team Thor pole vault Allcomers to Monday June 20th, at UCSD. Start time will be 3:00, and we will be running the men's and women's divisions together.

We're looking at San Marcos HS, which is an awesome place to jump (new collegiate pits, great tailwind), La Jolla HS and Mt Carmel HS.

San Marcos is the most likely

We see top vaulters across the nation using poles 25 to 35 lbs over their weight and they do not need a TAP or steroids to do so. GRIN[/b][/color][/size] Bruce - I'm not sure I understand your arguments. Are you saying elite women never take taps? I saw some top vaulters taking taps at a meet at SD...

here's the schedule for the next two Team Thor Allcomers vault meets:

JUNE 19th at San Diego State University

JULY 16th at UC San Diego.

Start time - 12:00 women, men to follow.

All are welcome, no USATF card needed, sign-up on arrival.
