Grip width???

Hello

I was just wondering if someone could enlighten me on the pros and cons of having a wide/narrow grip width. I've seen many elite vaulters have a pretty close grip and be successful and vice versa. What are the benefits?

Thank you!!!

Pit top pad sliding and ripping

At our high school we have fairly new pole vault pots and they are huge. They are the collegiate gill standard ones but the only problem is the top pad foam ripped under breath the net cover and is hard to fix. Any suggestions?

Rocking back fully

I'm a 14'3" baker and a junior in high school. I always get a huge hip height buy I'm having trouble rocking back all the way with my tuck and that is effecting the way I invert and shoot. This makes me stay to shoot towards the bar instead of vertically. Any advice?

Re: VAULTING POLE NICKNAMES

We call or old altius pole captain America because of the red and blue. And we have an old Skype with a guy holding a lightning bolt so we call that Hercules. We just bought two new 14'6" 145 and 150 so we call those the twins.

Difference with UCS poles

Hey everyone, I've always been curious about Why UCS put there labels so far from the top of the pole. And I was also wondering if I buy a 13 foot UCS pole the max I can grip on this pole is only 12'6". What would be the pole progressions going from say a pacer fx to a USC spirit. Would a 15 15...
