you know what would be cool....is if the last person in the vault made a sandwich, cut it in half, and ate it in the 6 minutes they get to jump! i just think that would be the greatest thing...in fact, i think im goin to try that! wish me luck!

Step Competition

I was talking to Jason Hentz from Bellingham high the other day, and we were thinking about how cool it would be to have records for different steps. like from a 4 step i've gotten 15' from a 5 15'6' and from a 7 16' i was just curious to see what other records are! :D

yea, i dont know about bruises on the arm, but once i sliped out of my top hand, and had a purple stripe from my right pec, to my left knee ( and yes that includes between the legs :crying: ) i guess you can call it insentive to never let go of your pole!

215 lbs, but i believe that an incline banch would be more of a useful lift for vaulting than flat bench. just because of the upward plant motion. But everyone should know that biceps are where its at! ;) i wish i had some
