So 2 weeks after the state track meet that i didn't make, i competed in the state decathlon for one more chance at a PR vault. Turns out, 12' happened! My season feels much more accomplished now! the jump was on a 13'6 130 pacer mystic. No footage sadly!!

You're right kirk, i'll be hittin it hard this summer and am supposed to be attending bartolina pv camp in lousiana this summer!

Can't see where your feet are, but it looks like you're taking off about 2 feet under, and as a result you can't get the hands all the way up at the plant. That's about as constructive as the advice can get for "short term" help. Good luck at sectionals tomorrow. Thanks a lot for the feed...
