I would look up online how to build parallettes, as well as how to build an outdoor pullup bar....there are so many different ways to tackle developing overall coordination and gymnastic ability without building a facility. Hope you find/found what you needed.

I'm just seeing this thread. I would say that the economic upside of track and field (especially field events) is lower than most of mainstream sports. Many of these young kids aspire to material wealth and fame. Doesn't everyone? It is not the best investment of time to play track and field for man...

What is the best laser measuring device for pole vault competitions? Is it a laser measuring device that can be picked up at the hardware store or the really expensive stuff at Gill or UCS or....?

The pits are sold. I have to look at what I will need for next year versus selling them all right away. I'll have to look at my inventory and post what I am going to out up for sale.

You need to get away from intensive cardio training as the predominant mode of conditioning and focus on approach runs away from the pit and building up to several approach with 2-3 minutes rest.
