my son has pr'd a foot and a half so far any thoughts on his jumps

im done for awhile, i have fractures in both legs, the dr. said the fracture was in the tibial cortex and i have to go get a density test done

exray first said no fracture so i jumped for three days then had severe pain and she did an mri my mom picked up report and it said stress fracture and something about edema in the bone marrow i have to go see her fri. so ill no more then it just sucks by the way im 16 male

anyone had them how long did it take to feel better i have been suffering since track took some time off the started to do some summer jumping and leg kills, went to dr she said i had a stress fracture

we run everyday sprints but for jumping we really have done none i know our coach is busy with sprinters and realy team and wont let us jump unless he is over at the pit which is never at a meet before jumping he conciders that a practice i put myself on a new pole yesterday at a met and only jumped...

how many days a week does everyone practice?sinec our season started we have practiced like 4 times getting very angry cause im not getting any higher want to go practice with another school but dont know if that is aloud

need lots of tips im stuck at 9 6 what can i do get better
