i've been vaulting for about 4 years and im just now starting to bring my hips above my shoulders.... all i took for me was to get on the right pole... i'd been struggling a lot b/c im pretty small and its hard to find the right pole but once i found it i started improving

he's talking about the transition b/t the pole you are on now and the pole youd be going to... not only is it gonna be stiffer b/c of the increase in weight its about two feet longer which will make it a lot stifffer... are there any poles in b/t??? like maybe a 12' or 12'6???

i gotta have something hard and fast... usually its something like rammstein or slipknot... i like something that will put me in a crazier mood.. i also sometimes listen to some eminem before i jump but thats the only rap i can jump to

I'm one of the vaulters from bell and i also wanted to say thanks.. i had been no-heighting all year cuz of the jump to the next pole... thanks a lot for the poles!
