Do you know that aspirin/tylenol kills 16,000 people per year with "labelled use"! The stuff can be dangerous. I would look into preventative measures and natural antiinflammatories like mentioned earlier.

Is there anywhere to practice indoors this winter? I hate big crowds and would love to continue vaulting so it doesn't feel like I am starting all over next May!

Any advice for someone trying to learn to pole vault! I have the unfortunate circumstance of having my husband as my coach (and I am probably not his finest student). My problem is I don't have much opportunity to learn to vault and limited places to do it! Any "casual" learning atmospheres out ther...
