Danbury Dream Invite is including the Pole Vault

Anyone who is interest needs to contact me, the Danbury Dream Invite will be held May 24th at 8 pm and only will have 8 jumpers opening height will be 12' 6'' I believe. You definitely need to keep a longer trail leg at least through the beginning half of the jump. You break you leg right away, if you keep it straight you can load so much more energy into the pole and probably move up poles easier. Also, try to not block with your bottom arm. im a junior in ct im about 5' 10'' 153lbs the pole is a 14 6 pacer fx 165 my pr is 13'10'' the bungee is at 14' can someone help me and let me know wut i can do to improve please
