U guys have already moved back to 5 lfts? What was your guys progression to move back that quickly? There is a checklist I put together that might help you. Just search for my posts on it. X Country is great for young athletes,even pole vaulters. The gains you will get from cross country you can not get from any vault specific work. The body is very adaptable to various types of work and cross country will improve your work load for the spring. Also, if you are doing runs of 6mi to 8m...

Where is this new club going to be located and who are the coaches? I would love to come check out any new facilities in the area. The vault scene in Vegas is growing slowly and the competition is getting a little tougher each year. It would be nice to see what the guys in N Vegas can put together.
