omg im soooooooooooooooo frustrated too! my arm won't block out when i plant and i know it is all mental. I haven't been able to fix this for several months and i barely feel like i have improved. I really hope by tomorrow things will "click" b/c there is some county meet ugh. What does anyone think...

if u are willing to go to PA there is an amazing camp fiberbenders. Not only do u improve a lot but its soooooooooo much fun!

slidebox drills are perfect for the run and plant :-) when you have the correct approach you should be able to get the swing down a little easier. One drill that helps immensely is on the rope swing. Getting a "figure 4" during your swing is what you ultimately want to get.
