Does anyone know the 2016 USA Trials standards for the vault?

Is there an A and B standard? Descending order list of "x" amount etc...?

I'm sure it's out there but my google skills are apparently lacking.

Azusa Pacific University is no longer NAIA, they are DII, and will start their NCAA probation period this upcoming year.
