If the tie can't be broken on the last height both competitors cleared the tie is broken based on total misses. In this case it is a tie and the tie would be broken just as dlgirley described.

They had great conditions to start but the wind switched to a light head at the last bar. Lavillenie got a tail wind on his final jump

UCS has there own version in use at the NCAA championship. It looks basically the same except it is angled more at the rear edge

If the weather is nice the wind will come from the north. If it's cloudy and rainy it will usually come from the south. Sometimes it just swirls.
I'm sure we will use the pit closest to the track, (the east pit)
The safest bet for a good seat in any conditions would be section O

It's obvious that most of you don't like the new collar either because of the design, the price, or you didn't like it being forced on you.
