alright thanks guys. im gunna try the bungee at 4 feet...that seems like an efficiant way to do it..i might also be able to get upside down if im that low, to help my higher jumps.

sorry for the delay guys. When i say rolling i mean turning onto my stumach while going over the bar. Sometimes ill be able to just do it, but i can caunsiously choose to turn or not.... it can be really basic too...i learned how to pole vault basically on my own, i practice till like 6:30 everyday ...

hahahaha i just laugh at things like that. Although i do see why making a mistake pole vaulting is MUCH more dangerous than making an equivellent mistake in any other sport. but you know what, we are pole vaulters, we know the risk, and thas what makes us all great!

I mustbe honest with you. I have never heard copmlaints about tape on the runway. Im 16 as well. Ive seen both tape, and stakes. i myself have used tape, stakes(pen :/), and eye makup i randomly found at my track. lol, i got away with most of it.
