Elite Freshmen

Obviously our Elite group of vaulters from high scool are adjusting JUST FINE to the collegiate environment. Scott Roth at a new PR of 5.35, Jordan Scott at 5.20 and Mike Morrison also at 5.20 http://www.trackshark.com/rankings/d1men.php I wish I was adjusting that well! I was at 4.82 in high school...

I know how to use the search tool on here...but I guess I would like a straight foward answer...I'm 5-10 160 and I'm in good gymnast shape. But I was thinking of Creatine for a little edge. Good idea? Bad idea? Thanks for any comments

man people are bein rough on others on this board lately...I'm 19 and I don't act like I know everything about the vault...but I have been to a good hand full of camps with Jan Johnson and others such people as Kevin Hansen...what I'm trying to say is...people aren't going to be knowledge bases like...

oops sorry...forgot some details:

for the 15-6 jump I was using a 14-6 175 PacerFX (I've made 15-9.5 on that pole)

for the 15-10 I was using a 15-6 160 Pacer Carbon holding at about 14-9

I weigh about 155 pounds and I'm about 5-11ish
