Wow anger managment did I insult you? CALM DOWN..... I said if someone wants to give advice then he (or she) should give it with out worring about people whining that they haven't "studied" with world class coachs (I tend to doubt you did either) so sit down, and shut up

imo....the kids 16 jumping 14' thats preety freakin good. Who's to say whos opinion helps and whos dosn't? just because someones old dosnt mean he gives better advise.

any suggestions for a shoe to do the PV, HJ, 110hh and the 300ih ?

I loved it. the head coach at USM was awsome as were all the other coaches there I learned a ton and I think It will help me jump much higher this year.

is there one perticular thing that helped you jump above your top grip? Im about 6" below it right now and want to get above it before I move to a bigger pole.

has anyone built your own pit? if so how?

It my school all the money for sports goes to football leaving the track team with 50 year old poles (except one) and a tar runway to the pit and about 18 guys (maybe 3 or 4 that care). but at least we arent the joke of the school, our soccer team didnt score one goal all year.
