I love the smell of new shoes...

How low?

How low are you supposed to bring your legs before starting another repeat? I usually bring them down to about eye level and extend back up. Is this to far?

vaulting spikes?

What kind of spikes are you guys using? Mine are shot and I was wandering what I should purchase next. What stinks is that I have narrow feet, for a guy, so a lot of models have to wide a toe box. Any suggestions? Also, how many spike holes should the spike plate have? Is more better?
